What this site collects

When you submit the contact form, Form1116.com receives the information you choose to provide, which can include your name, email address, optional phone number, tax year, countries involved, the general type of tax issue, and your message.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, dates of birth, bank or brokerage account numbers, passwords, tax returns, or tax documents through the public inquiry form.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to review whether the request fits the service, respond to you, prevent spam or abuse, and maintain a record of communications. Submitting the form does not create a professional-client relationship.

Service providers

The site is hosted through Vercel. Contact-form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to the designated business inbox. These providers process technical and inquiry data under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not use the public form for confidential taxpayer documents.

Analytics and cookies

No advertising pixels or optional analytics services are intentionally active at initial launch. Hosting and security providers may process basic request information such as IP address, device details, and timestamps to operate and protect their services. If optional analytics are added later, this notice will be updated and any required consent controls will be implemented.

Retention, security, and your choices

Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, administer the relationship, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. No internet transmission is completely secure. If an engagement proceeds, document exchange should move to an agreed secure channel.

You may use the contact form to request access to or deletion of inquiry information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Do not include sensitive taxpayer data in that request.
